How big are the ads?
Homebuyer Quarterly ads are all one size, about 3 × 2 inches. In the Monthly you can choose a single unit or a double (two units). Every ad runs on the inside pages, among the stories.
How long do I need to commit?
One month for the Homebuyer Quarterly and two months for the Monthly. Billing is monthly and renews automatically.
How is the price set?
It depends on the market, your type of business, how many spots are left in the issue and when you book. You see your exact price before you sign up, it stays the same while you keep advertising, and prepaying for several months or a year costs less.
Can you design my ad?
Yes. Build it yourself with the ad builder (logo, headline, text, phone, colors), upload finished art, or ask our team to design it. You approve a proof before anything goes to print.
When will my ad appear?
Each issue closes to new ads about a month before it prints. Book before the close and you’re in that issue; after it, you start with the next one. You always see your first issue before you pay.
Who gets the magazines?
The Homebuyer Quarterly goes to new home buyers through local title companies. The Monthly is delivered door to door to 10,000 households in the market every month, and readers who scan the QR code in an ad keep receiving it.
Can I advertise in more than one market?
Yes. Choose as many markets as you like. Agencies can manage several businesses from one account.
What do I get online?
Every print advertiser gets an upgraded listing on the market’s website with an “As seen in” badge, plus a stats dashboard for clicks, calls and QR scans.
